techy problems, need help

hi all! at the age of 13, my technical skills are very limited, so i need some help....my computer has trouble handling the sheer immensity of PS. the bullets, all the poeple, the vehicles...so i lag. BAD. it lags when i open a door, when i turn, when i'm in a battle with more than 30 people in it. how can i fix this? is it my video card? if so, what's a good choice for PS? not enough memory? TELL ME!?! *cough* so anyways, i want all you techy gurus to leave the porn sites and help me out.

I am 14 and am 3 weeks away from taking the A+ Certification test.
I thinks I have a good grasp of computers.

ok kid ignore the troll(wood) and plz give us some specs and 13 is not that young im 15 and when i was 14 i shoulda taken the A+ exam but the cost is like 340 so i didnt take it :(
