Yay! Im getting a new sound system for the computer!
went to comp USA yesterday, and saw these awsome speakers for $300. Went online later that night and found...
Second item on the list. (http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduct.asp?submit=manufactory&manufactory=1080&catalog=60&DEPA=1&sortby=14&order=1)

The exact same speakers for $65! (Click See It! next to the little camera for pics.

These are good 5.1 surround sound, and can even be hooked up to consoles. I highly suggest them if your getting new parts, and need to find speakers on a budget. So, theyre on the way to my house now and i am Happy!

* Thanks to corrosion for originally pointing these out to me *

Just thought i'd let anyone who cared, know.

If 5.1 means 4 small speakers, that medium sized one, and the bass.... (as I always see in pics)
The what the hell do I have? Cause I only have 4 small speakers and a bass

But on topic. That looks nice, not the most sweetest looking speakers I've seen, but better looking then my off-white boxes :p

(Oh, and does it come with a hand held volume remote? Didn't think so  :D )

Whether you have 5.1 running is dependant on your sound card and programs, not your speaker set up.

5.1 is 5 seperate surround (front right and left, rear right and left, and center) and 1 subwoofer speaker channels.

7.1 is 7 seperate surround and 1 subwoofer channels

9.1 is 9 seperate surround and 1 subwoofer channels.

To properly run Dolby 5.1 with your speakers you should invest in a front center channel speaker.
