And the CBC is so lame it's funny. They keep they're "ultra nationalist Canadian programing" so tight they only have like.... one international show. So the network is full of some pretty bad programming.
Like 70% news programs. And we all know the exciting news that goes on in Canada ;)

Canada wouldnt be as affected by 9/11 as the US, but Canada still was in a big way. Anything and everything that the US does or happens to it affects Canada.

As for TV, aside from a couple channels everything is American. Its funny how theres 2 American news channels for cable and one Canadian one. Personally i dont think we should get US army recruitment commercials either. ;)

Oh, and cousin is in the Army, Afghanistan right now.

it was "tested" a while ago that canadians actually make better soldiers than americans, but because canada doesn't run around stomping around in conflicts and whatnot, and because we have a fairly good relationship with just about every country out there, we don't have a big need for a military
