I know this has been discussed earlier, but i haven't heard much about it lately.
I am dying to see a screenshot of a continent during the night. I want to know how dark it will be, how long it will be dark, and how slow will the transition be.
I read somewhere from one of the devs a while back that daytime will span longer than night time, to allow most battles occur in the day.
I just think it would be interesting to do some stealth infiltration in the night, or earlie planning. For example, in the night, you could send a squad of snipers and allow them time to find a great look out and some cover. Order them to hang tight for x amount of time until dawn (if there is such thing in the game) and ordering them not to fire and risk giving themselves away,at the same time, you could quitly set up a tank on the hill, and prepare to fire, and then when everyone else arrives, open up a can of woop ass. :sniper:
