Will this Do?

Ok tell me if this system will be good for running Planetside to it fullest. aka all things turned to high

3.0Ghz
2GB of RAM
80GB HD
Cable modem

Ok here is where i need the most help should i get the GeforceFX5900 Utra which is a 256mb card or should i get a Radion 9800 or what do you think i should get for a Video card.

So any help that you guys can give me would be nice. Thanks PS people

Depends on how important frames vs visuals are to you. There is really almost no home desktop system out today that will play PS without some slowdown from both video and latency.

As for the video.... the 5900/256 is prolly the top choice. Though to compete with it you only have to go 9800/128. I don't care for the 5900/128 at all, as it actually shows a noticable difference between its big brother and the 9800 doesn't.

lol, get the 9800 pro 256. it kicks ass. its the best card out there. and your comp is fine for PS. or for any game.
