Since there SEEMS to be a lot of things people like to bitch about, I felt that it was neccessary to ask this question.

What one thing of this game DO you like? Ie: Weapon type, Vehicle, Graphics, sound? Use your imagination. I'll start it off.


I like the fact that there might be upwards of around 1000 people online when I am, and I can still aim at a guy, shoot, and hit him, unlike in BF 1942, where there maybe 20 guys online, I aim at a guy, and I can't hit the broad side of an aircraft carrier.

Was a cloaker for the longest time but it got boring. So now I'm using my grunt char and having some fun with sniping. Its most fun when you can flank everyone and set up in a nice spot and just pick people off without interruption.

A good honest rifle fight, no tanks, no reavers, no fucking cloakers, just a few guys with Cyclers vs a few guys with Gauss rifles and a pair of AMSes. It doesn't happen very often, but when it does, god damn it's fun.

Other then that, jumping on towers will always hold a special place in my heart, and sabotage is always a classic. And you can't forget killing some little bitch with a HA weapon, only kills I value more are cloakers and reavers.

Yeah, I'd have to say massive infantry battles in open areas (i.e. not inside facilities). They do my bitter blackened heart some good.

Yeah I agree but I loved to kill people with my reaver but I traded it in a while back and I'm still not sure why it was a lot of fun. Especially when you killed some people on a tower at the top and it took them a while to even realize that you were there and by the time they did it was too late.

i'd have to say just the sheer size of the battles. hundreds apon hundreds of guys fighting for a cause that isnt even real. It's amazing when im sitting ona tower sniping and i just see a hundred guys run over a hil from an ams, all types cloakers, soldiers and maxes, all working in unison. its amazing

Killing a Burster MAX at point-blank range with AP Gauss Ammo and watching him helplessly dance around trying to avoid your stinging bullets is always fun.

I like the fact that a lone MAX in the open is no longer hard to kill. IN FACT it's now a nice little sport of mine. Today on TSN, MAX hunting.

i like to lagg hella bad so i could practice my reaver flying and hit wallsat high speeds and not get hurt in anyway (untill 5 minutes later)

I like even battles.... Where u actually got to work to defend/attack a base. Those are rare but its the most intense and fun part of the game

I like small engagements 1 squad vs another, where you can really make a difference by playing well, instead of just spawning and running for the nearest enemy facility.

Well executed hotdrops on enemy towers or facilities are always a pleasure, when a squad really works together it can do amazing things.

Oh, and outdoor infantry battles are cool too, especially when you arrive with your vanguard squad and steamroller 'em :D

i like knifing a opposite stealther to me :D i crawl up, put on darklight and boosh!

heres my top 4:
-As a Scattercannon, charging into a crowded spawn room and wasting everyone, mostly in standard armor.
-As an infil, surging through a tower and placing a couple boomres behind 2 Pounder MAXes, then crawling around the corner and watch your name show up in the chat window about 5 times over.
- Waiting around for a hack, then turning on darklight to find a cloaker hidden right behind you, as a Scatter cannon MAX.
- Taking out a Vanu MAX in mid-air with a pheonix. :D

Running over the enemy, especially Vanu, in my Prowler.


The other day my tank crew and I were chasing down an NC AMS. We blasted it down to the point where the driver had to jump out. He's running away...his AMS blows up. I tell my gun crew, "He's Mine" spent 3 min chasing him down taunting them..then finally running him over.

last night did a drop from a HART onto Pwyll. there would've been around 60 drop pods all falling at the same time, was a great moment that reminded me of when shitloads of people were playing.

surging behind a max and taking him down to bugger all health with a JH and then finishing him with a scatter pistol and an arrogant voice macro is halarious.
