Account key /key code not valid!!!!!!

Everytime I enter my key code from the box, it says it's not valid ?

What could be the problem, as I only bought the game on Saturday ?

If u have any 0 try making them o and visa versa

I don't have any 0 or o's in my serial number, and should I enter it with the spaces or without ? I've tried everything and it still dont work !

don't put in spaces and don't use caps
