A few things I've tried to put together by looking at a screenshot. Some of it is disappointing, at least to me.

Good job. When you recieve damage in the "status" text area does it say the person did certain amount of damage to you or the weapon?

It says amount of damage.

IT says amount of damage(in this case 50) byu sparrow1. If this is the player name we won't know what it is but if it's the weapon anem then its an AA max attacking it

I hadn't thought of that, but the kill messages say things like, SmokeJumper (weapon) Hamma (:p), and the damage messages in some of the movies say (non-weapon name) hit you for fifteen armor points.

Oh, ok then..it could be anything but to jsut make me feel confused it made it sound like the AA MAXes weapon..missiles look ok..too bad no smoke effects but those would lag alot..

Heh, if that looks alot like smoke to you then you should get some glasses. Smoke effects and white trails are two different things..

Is it me or do the graphics suck compared to unreal tournament 2003 or Halo 2? I mean, if the xbox can handle Halo 2's graphics i'm pretty sure the fx can handle planetside in that lighting...

The graphics are like that to make it more accesible, it also needs to perform better than UT2003 and will have hundreds of peple on screen sometimes....Halo 2 is on a console which is totally designed for games and has hardware just for that. Hard to compare PCs to consoles..
