Well I was on hossin (the only VS on it) I hacked Chac... and I then was moving on to kisin... Then Chac gets hacked...

I wait till the LLU is close enough and run over the guy with my Mag... the guys name : Interceptor, some asswipe CR4 from NC on emerald.

So at this point he respawns to the nearest tower and meanwhile I take out a lib a lightning and a skeeter with my lil pea shooter.

I destroyed them all while he was trying to get to the LLU, he come and shoots 3 decis while I'm shooting at the lib (and destroyed it) I run him over, he comes back he destroys my tank but I'm runing and shooting him with my Beamer! He then surges up to me and kills me with his jackhammer.

I send him a tell saying good job, he tells me back saying I sucked etc. and that I gave him a free mag (because it was all destroyed only out of commision but he could repair it) so I tell him back saying I deconed it... cause I'm not that dumb.

He tells back again saying that all vanu are dumb... etc. Now I know it's only taunting and all but I respawn and resecure Chac, I see him again after resecuring and drive past him and decide to leave him a chance at living so I run around the tree with him and shoot a bit of my front gun. He takes out his command uplink and tries to OS me... I run and he dies because of his own OS...

I /tell him ROFL!

Now he tells back saying: I had no choice you were guarding so instead of giving a vanu mag driving noob a kill I rather die with class!

I'm sorry but am I the only one encountering idiots like this? For fucks sake the guy is probably some kid with big ass thick glasses that thinks he's cool because he's BR 20 CR 4... I mean come on get real!

Something like this happened to me on Emerald. I was Base Killing an NC base while everyone else was to the south. A NC guy came along and killed me 4 times in a row with a Reaver. Now, I was a little upset, because I had HA at the time, and none of the weapons I had was killing him. He /tells me that I better leave, that his SKILL is better than mine. I said, what SKILL, he had to kill me with a Reaver. I said come fight me on the ground, that he wouldn't win. He said he was just fine where he was. I managed to kill his Reaver with the tower gun. NOW, KEEP THIS in mind, he could have at any time, gotten out of his Reaver, came into the tower, maybe had a chance to spawn kill me a few time, to make my respawn time increase, and then hack back the tower, but he didn't. So I killed him. He got into the base gun closest to the tower. I saw he was in a gun, so I got back into my gun, and pelted him. He pelted me back, which was the wrong thing to do, because I had more damage on him before he started damaging me, so he lost THAT war to begin with. Now, he's dead, I get out of the tower, and head to the base, cause I want to spawn kill him a few time to extend his respawn time so that I can blow the generator under him. He respawned before I could get there and we preceeded to fight it out, my Lasher vs What ever the hell he had. I beat him fair and square too. So then he /tells to me calling me a NOOB Spammer. Now this is my first day ever of using HA, and I told him so. We fight some more, he damages me some more, to the point of dying, but I killed him. So I decided to recall, because I wouldn't have made it back to the tower in one piece, nor beat him again without dying. So he starts spamming me tells calling me chicken, to come out of my hiding place. I was just laughing, because I had gotten back to the HART, healed myself and was just waiting for the HART to get back, and I told him so. I said to him to wait there, I'll be right back, that I'd kill him, and destroy his base's generator right under his nose to prove that he can't do jack, that he needs his Reaver to play. You know what? He left.

I hate people like that. I have absolutely no respect for players like that. The only respect I have for players is when they are willing to go toe-to-toe with me, one on one. Same weapons, no implants except adv targeting. I have even greater respect for a player willing to have me a knifefight under water. Those are the players I admire.

Of course tonight, same server same base I had one of the greatest fights of all my time in PS.

We were running a section +1 of Vanguards (that's 3 for you non-me people) trying to take the north Kissin tower. The VS were swarming down from Chac in MASS waves. They had tons of aircraft and vehicles out really pounding the crapolla out NC.

We all rolled up to support the capture, thinking we'd be sweeping infantry and dodging reavers when over the hill comes 6 magriders... I kid you not!

The only thing that saved us from instodeath was the fact that only 1 had a gunner from what I could tell, and they didn't really concentrate on us (too busy mowing the tons of helpless NC grunts)

We lost 1 tank killing those six. Our other pealed off to repair leaving me and my driver to hold the line.

They kept comming, before our comrades got back we'd killed 4 magriders, 2 AMS and a lightning... then blew up a Gal trying to land nearby.

I got several tells from MAgrider drivers complimenting my good shooting, and pointing out that had they gunners I woulda died. I had to agree with that!

Just had to tell that little storry, best open field all vehicle battle I've had in this game ever!

A while ago, I was part of a big push for Forseral on the Werner server. Big fights. Battles for bases and towers swaying back and forth. After having fought for over 2 hours for Caer, we finally secured it, but TR troops where still pouring in, and squirmishes (hotspots) could be seen all over the vicinity of the base.

I often try to think defensively, and also try to think like �if I were the enemy, what would I do now�. That often leads to that I stay behind to defend key spots (CC) and/or mine towers etc. So I told my squad I was going to defend the Caer CC until we had put enough pressure on the neighbouring TR bases. Said and done, I put up camp in the CC room.

A couple of minutes later the first TR infil shows up. I waste him and strolls back in. A few minutes later the same guy sneaks in again � same result. That guy gives up as he understands that I won�t be leaving anytime soon. Another TR infil show up, gets killed and gives up right off the bat. But then this third TR infil enters the stage, and he doesn�t give up. I kill him one time. Two times. Three times. When I kill him for the fourth time, he looses it completely.

TR infil tells You: u fuckin lamer

TR infil tells You: huh? huh? huh? fuckin lasher noob!!!!11

Now I always try to keep myself in a good mood (God and my family knows that I don�t always succeed :D ). I often congratulate people on a good kill and/or end up chatting a bit about the game, weapons etc. I really like that aspect of the game. So I am trying to send this guy a tell saying that I�m hardly a noob (I have over BR55 on all my vanu characters put together) and that he should calm down, I was only defending my CC.

The thing is that he had put me on ignore. Perhaps he had to blow off steam or something, but he sure as hell wasn�t interested in any conversation. I don�t know if he deserve the epitah �asshole�, but I sure think he deserves to be coined a looser.

Had a strange incident last week...

Was on Solsar (I think, far too long ago for me to mention specifics), pounding away at the enemy in my Sparrow.

Got a good few kills (infantry do like running into the balst of my rockets), when i spotted a TR grunt a short distance away (well, i could see him, so not that far, but further than i should have tried to hit..), anyway, i reloaded and started pounding at him.

Amazingly, i got in enough hits to kill him (or he was low on armour/health), but as the last of my rockets hit the area he was in, an NC from another squad stumbled into the blast area, damaging him, and getting me grief.

Polite as ever, i spotted his name, and immediately apologised for the accident (even though it was a bit of fifty/fifty, i know how much one of those rockets can hurt).

I was quite disgruntled when i got a reply, which was blunt, rude, and uncalled for... it simply said 'F**k Off'

Dunno if the guy was an asshole, but after i've been courteous to someone, then that kind of response is pretty much unjustified..

There was one case on werner (I play TR there) where I picked up a pulsar and cleared 4-5 Vanu out of an amp station CC. They came back and I got them a second time. Third time they killed me. So then I get a /tell saying "are you really so pathedic that you have to use the enemy weapons?". I try to respond (I really do like the pulsar), but I get put on ignore. In 1 and a half months of PS that was the only real jerk I encountered. Not bad.

PS: Personally I think the Pulsar blows something tremendously (it basically has the same damage output as the Punisher). Strange, and somewhat desorientating, to hear that somone from the opposition really like it.

The Pulsar is awesome man. No switching ammo to get Armor Piercing, bullet boxes are 50 a piece, and the gun holds 40. If you just keep tapping the mouse to fire, your cone of fire stays pretty small, and you can hit better at medium range that most other rifles, such as the punisher. I think the Punisher is only good for short fights. Or Harassment detail. Cycler is decent, but you have to switch ammo types. Can't say I've used it, or the Gauss. Only time I ever liked Gauss was in X-com games.

okay i was on Johari on Hossin at Chac(yes you all said you were there to so dont say i am lieing cuz i go loning to chac to see if i can take it alot....and this one guy was following me...he was an NC in an infil...i was new at the time and i didnt know how to use darklight or make the names come up cuz i hit random buttons and the names went away....well he killed me a couple times...i saw his name cuz i learned how to fix it...i wrote it down...and then when i am at BR16 i go back there...and he is there...he sends me a tell....."Hey loser remember me....came back for more...NOOB!!" so i just keep going through the base....i knew he was following me so i jump in a max and get ontop of the lockers....once i was up there the term was still hacked so i thought i would mess with him....so i change into a my lasher config...and then i see the door open so i turn on DL and spamm lasher bullets...so he says"WTF YOU CHEATER!! THOSE BULLETS CAME FROM THE CELING YOU PIECE OF SH**" so i just send him a tell saying ROFLMAO ROFLMAO LOL LOL LOL....and he goes in there a second time...i sit there and watch him...he starts firing at the ceiling...i wait until he gets outta his infil and gets in normal NC armor so then i SMOKE HIM! so he gives me a tell saying how i am a cheating bitch......and then the moran gets spawn killed 10 times b4 i get a tell saying he saw me and that if he was in his reaver he would smoke me....i said that he would have no chance cuz i have 45 reaver kills in the past week....so he puts me on ignore after going to sanc...

I'm in the Sanc, the normal "LFS LFS!" buzzes through the B channel.
No outfit members have a squad, no one's making a squad.
I round up 4-5 people and start a squad.
One guy comments he is CR1, so I hand him Command. I need BEP to get my Lightning in a couple levels.
We grab a few more people and join the fray.
By now, we have 10 people. I try to do some commanding, but I'm not even the leader so I don't really bother. The tenth squadmember takes control, our SL is silent.

The tenth SM decides that we're not working together. He comments that anyone not at Site of Zerg Camp X is not pulling his share with the team.
Naturally, with my awe-inspiring 933 mhz computer, and a modem connection, I'm staying away from Zerg Camp X.
I comment that it's too laggy, my ping is around 3000 there.

I decide Ninja-Solo-Uber-Hack a base. On my way, I kill someone who's not paying attention.

175 BEP! WOOT!

I glance at the Squad bar, or where it should be.
I decide to tell the SL.
"Why did I get booted? I started the squad yknow."
"You gave command to me."
"It was too laggy there, I had to go somewhere else."
He put me on ignore, I wasn't rude, just a little mad that I was booted from my squad.
That's insane.

Another former SM was sympathetic, and tried to reason with the SL. But no, Numero Ten decided I had to go, and the SL agreed.

I hate people.

Shortly after I hacked a base with the aid of (1) friendly soldier.
