If the router is supposedly 2-way (suggested by the fact that the NME's could take the telepad back to the router and destroy it) would you get tele-fragged if multiple ppl used it at the same time, similar to in Unreal Tournament?

Somehow I doubt it, it'd be far too annoying, probably going to act like a spawn tube (can co-exist in the same place until you move out of the tube).
(For those that don't know, telefragging originally came from Quake where if you spawned/teleported to the same place as someone else, you would appear inside them, causing them to die. In a very messy way :)

Telefragging is always funny when you do it, but when it happens to you - well it's just the most pointless way to die, ever!
So yeah hopefully not telefragging in PS.

i personally would like to see telefragging implemented but i doubt they would due to lag issues, and what would they do with the body considering no one gets gibbed in this game

Let me tell you, in MOHAA Spawnfragging sucks balls. There's no telefragging, but respawn fragging is there. But you get the picture.
I still have no clue what telefragging is.

Well, a frag is a kill, an Tele is short for Teleport. So, what is a Telefrag? A teleportation kill.

Uhhhh, MOH:AA Spearhead has telefragging, just to correct a slight mistake that really doesn't matter anyways.

Unstoppable instant kills weren't meant for an MMO, but thenagain, they're adding arty and they added bombers. Who knows

There are several instantant kills in planetside:
The front bumper of vehicles
Bolt driver vs cloaker
Pounder max (not instant kill but pretty close)
Orbital strikes
Lib bombs
Boomer like you said
and maybe artilery if it is that powerful

Things that can be stopped
Sniping infs: The inf can stay still or very slow
Bumpers: Do your best to avoid fighting Vanu and staying inside
Pounder:
OSes: A giant targetting laser comes down, so unless you're not paying any attention you can run
Boomers: A bomb is dropped on the ground after being materialized from a noticeable green thing
Lib bombs: High altitude bombing you can't see or stop and it can follow you going at speeds faster than any land vehicle or infantry
Artillery: A shell coming in from beyond visual range and could easily be hid behind a mountain
