Even IF he could find a judge that would take his case seriously, (which will be a miracle in and of itself) I dont believe there are any laws on this. And quite frankly, there WONT be until the generation of MMO gamers (vastly 13-18) grow up and get jobs. Until then, NO ONE will take it seriously.

yea thats a pretty fucked up law suit. but the funny thing is that i can understand what he is thinking, even though i never played any MMORPGS before it would really reallly suck ass to lose all your "phat lewt" from some kind of glitch. not that i would sue anyone over it, thats just stupid.
