im a TR on emerald and ealier today i discovered how to get Phoenixes at a terminal

i looted a phoneix and and went to a term and saved my current config as a favorite, so when i load that fav i get a phoneix, only gun i have found that works for

Yup thats been there since beta. I have /bugged it many times. Nada.

It only works on pheonix's . Not pheonix ammo, no other weapons. So. Bleh. Only one rocket in a clip. Not to great.
