Listen I cant seem to get an avatar working it doesnt give me a choice to use one just says NO. Is there a certain time period do I have to kiss Hamma's ass or something what?

I do that then when the avatar screen comes up its clicked NO. I cannot unclick it and the refresh settings button does not work.
