Best Anti-Vehicular?

Which is the best in your opinions? I know the Striker is 'godly', but I like being able to take turrets out without giving my position away with the Phoenix, and I don't know about the Lancer.

As an actual AV weapon its got to be the striker. Phoenix is best at taking out MAXs and the Lancer has more in common with a snipers weapon. Phoenix stuggle to hit moving tanks as the missiles arent very manouverable, and buggies are near impossible, its too slow to reload too. Lancer doesnt do enough damage to vehicles really, though it can be effective as it fires faster than the others.

I agree, Striker is more in tune with modern day anti-vehicular weapons employed by the US Military and rogue states in the middle east.

Surface to Air, and nice damage. However, a single RPG missile could destroy a tank, but we need extra damage since it is a game.

I like the Phoenix cause you can turn the missle in any direction, so it's easy to shoot moving targets.

It's a tossup between the phoenix and the striker. Phoenix is nice becuz u can shoot from behind things, but u have 2 reload everytime, so it takes to long...

An M1A1/M1A2 Abrams wouldn't even be scratched unless you hit it from the top and even then maybe not. If you hit in in the treads you might make it throw a tread, but it wouldn't destroy it. I'm sure a number of people in Afghanistan and Iraq learned that the hard way :p

i personaly think you should take av get the exp from the 3 empire specific wepons, and unless you really like the wepon get rid of av for sa. you get a av wepon and a roclet rifle and a grenade gun. which are both beeter vesions of the punishers 2nd fire mode. ohh and there is only 1 thing i hate about the striker. the beeping

The sriker is the best but I like the phoenix so much more, if it only had a dumbfire and 2 shot clip or more AV damage.

like i said Lancer has no special features while others do. it cant lock on target it cant be guided....

the lancer deals lees damage per shot than the other av wepons, but fires much faster. once you learn 2 aim it properly, youll find that u can do exclent damge by keeping the crossharis over the target and releasing several bolts

thats not the whole thing just the lancers good parts. besides what u said the only other bad thing is that it takes half a second 2 fire.

Though most say Stryker, I love my Lancer. MAXes die fast, at any range.

I only recently started using something other than the Decimator. I picked up the Lancer cert for my main character and my first impressions are positive. It does decent damage and it easily turns into a sniper rifle in a pinch.

I'm not as familiar with the other AV weapons. Except for being on their recieving end.:)

I hate being on the recieving end of Phoenix users most. My Lightning just can't run away fast enough. Against Strikers, I usually just hug some trees and the missiles have a hard time homing in and usually do minor damage.

So I vote Phoenix.

Ha, I use my lancer to destroy deployables, to take out MAX's, infantry, sometimes I can take out Air, and Sometimes I can take out ground, and I use it to destroy Gens, terminals, med bays, Spawntubes, even cert terms. I'd say It's an all purpose weapon, thanks to it's 6 shot clip, and 6 shot ammo boxes.

3 rockets can fired fast and one rocket have like twice damage compared to Lancer.
tested it at fire range.

Unfortunantly the fire range is not a true test of a weapons ability to eliminate live foes.

Accuracy of the rocklet bites at range. Its hard enough to take out a Wall turret at range, and it is stationary.

But with the Lancer, I've out sniped snipers =). (stupid cone of fire and reload).

i've never played vs, but when i'm fighting someone with a lancer i get so pissed cause they dish out ungodly damage, if u think they suk, then there's something wrong with u, it dont need a fire and forget or guided missle, it's good enough as it is

I think the striker is the best, followed by the lancer, then the phoenix is last. However when you have 4 phoenix users together all going for the same target, it becomes extremely powerful. Nothing can hide, and everything dies before it can escape.
