Something wrong with the PotD submission process

After I click submit it gives me some sort of error. This is what I get.


Fatal error: Call to undefined function: imagecreatefromjpg() in /home/psuwww/wwwroot/planetside-universe.com/potd/submit.php on line 45

After I submit it and get the error if I resubmit it tells me that I cannot submit the same image again.

Dont use MSPaint to change the img from bitmap or whatever it is to JPG.

Download one of those freebie changer thingamabober programs.

It will work then.
