I feel the need to share this with people.

Yesterday i was at a vechical pad at a freshly taken base. As per usual it had a largish queue ( i joined at 12 ).

I then notice one guy kills a friendly. Then local broadcasts : "to shorten the queue :)".

This really pissed me off, so i unloaded my jackhammer into his selfish SOB back at point blank range and broadcasted "to get rid of arseholes."

He them /t 'ed me, asking me why id killed him!!! Duhhh.. I told him, and he got all upset, telling me it was none of my buisness and spaming me till i just put him on ignore.

he was "samuri"-something on Werner.

I'm just sick of people who try to play innocent. Just last night there was some dick who blew a boomer by our Gal, then TK'd a couple of our outfit members in the CC area. Then I had just loaded my Lightning into the Gal and he runs up and blows another boomer then runs to the base entrace and just stands there like an idiot. So I back my tank out of the Gal, turn my turret to face him and debate whether it's worth TKing him or not. Had little to no grief so I emptied a few rounds of my chaingun into him and he, not suprisingly, drops like a rock.

I then get a tell asking me what the hell I did that for. I told him not to boomer our Gal and that I'd been hearing reports about him over Teamsouind. He denies TKing anyone even though his TKs are still visible by scrolling up in my chat window. Then says if I would have given him a second he would have repaired the Gal. Of course he had about 45-60 seconds of standing there like a dolt before I TK'd him. I didn't believe him, especially with the TKing he did in the basement so we argued a bit and I figured that was the end of it.

About 15 minutes later I get another tell from him saying "I jst repotde you. Hope u liekd having an accnt, asshole". Needless to say I was shaking in fear :rolleyes:

On a side note at that same base there was a Scattercannon that was seemed, at least temporarily, invulverable. I witnessed 3 different people with Jackhammers empty over a clip into him before he bothered to turn and kill them and he took no damage. Being the curious guy I am I got a good running start and hit him at top speed. When I turned around and looked at him he was still at full health so I emptied a clip of my cannon into him and he still was showing full health. Then some random Vanu who was sniping with the Lancer took him out. It was just wierd.

Yeah there are some idiots out there. One guy was going around knifing people and being a real moron about it. Everyone was putting up with him, then as soon as he goes after one of my squad members I give him a few warning shots into his back with a surpressor. He then charges at me with his knife, but since I had surge I ran around the base in a circle, and the funny thing was I went so fast I actually got behind him so I put a few more rounds into him and told him to quit it. Well he didn't so eventually my squad member and I just got away from him, in order not to set the guy off any more or get people shooting us for shooting him.

We all have endless stories out there about these idiots, but it's always fun to mess with there heads (as I did with surge).

Oh and about that guy who tked to shorten the line for vechicles, what would one person make a difference in the time? I mean if your 12/12 it's only going to take about a minute to get your vechcile.

By giving people like this credit then it just makes them do it more. Right now you are agknolagezing (cant spell it) that they are a PITA and that they should stop/baned/kiced or whatever. This same thing happend in Tribes 2, and guess what happend their.....they PITA became a word wide (tribes 2 world wide). All they want is credit on how they are the biggest PITA. Ignore them, dont give them credit for their actions. oh btw PITA=Pain In the Ass

rather populated base, just kicked the enemy out quite a bit of friendlies milling about thier vehicles in the courtyard, you know how it is, this twit keeps driving in circles round the base in an ams killing friendlies, he gets tkd and then buys another ams and goes on and on, we eventually started spawnkilling him

there's a huge bug in the grief system where you can TK all you want in an east coast server, get weapons lock then go to play your west coast server character and have 0 grief

Patience is a virtue several seem to be without .. I try to stay clear of the TK area, though sometimes it's impossible.

I've also seen folks use the EMP for that .. no damage, but the first time you see/hear it .. :eek: At least and OS you can "try" and run away from.

I like the ones that deem it necessary to destroy the mines we've (the engies) have laid in defense cause they're bored waiting for the cap. :rolleyes:

On a side note I'm almost tempted to pick up the Reaver just to go to the next base down the line and look for crowded V-pads. The sheer number of kills you could get makes me drool :lol

Oh yeah, ive seen a suiside run by a reaver pilot who just dived at a pad firing rockets. He hit it, exploded and wiped out about 15 people.

AND, the best one :

Watch for bases being taken with massive or huge nmy forces. Get a lib, get nearish and high. Wait till about a minute after its taken then fly over the vechical pad and bomb it to kingdom come. You can bet you will get 15+ kills in one go!. You will only get one run though, as reavers will hunt you to extingtion after that!!!.

Yeah, there are a few on Johari that put this idea to use already. Definately easy kills, with all the congestion it's hard to run. Good tactic!

I'll tell you -- 45% of Emerald are idiots.

My outfit squad is loading up into a gal. One of our squad members goes to get a Marauder to load into it. So, he gets it, parks it, and gets out of it. He /s's to us "Let me go switch to Reinf so I can carry Nano Dispenser." So, we wait, and incidently a fucktard named "TheGreatWhiteDope" comes trotting along, stealing our Marauder and drives to a nearby tower.

Reguardless of the fact we could turn around and get another one, we were pissed off. He got the Marauder fully manned. For some reason the Marauder is just siting outside the tower with everyone in it. We go up and say "Get out of our Marauder". He then goes through denial and says "this isnt urs moron we gto it at the techplant." So he drives off, running over one of our members, and the back gunner shoots one of ours, but doesn't kill him. He parks outside the courtyard and steps out. I TK him and we get the Marauder back and a friendly repairs it.

I get a /tell obviously saying "ffs what ud do that 4" and I respond "You took our vehc." I get another saying "igot it myself nd ill let you know i am a hacker i can remove ur account in 10 secs flat". So I send him ten /tells saying "Ten. Nine. Eight. Seven." and so on. And, to all our suprise, my account doesn't get removed. He puts me on ignore.
