ping/fps in game

can anyone tell me the thing i type in to see my fps and ping i knew it but then i forgot it

sometimes when i start planetside a little thing is under the ping and fps that says upstream and downstream, and typing /stats doesnt get you it. anyone ever seen this and/or know how to get it there?

sniper, seriously, get rid of that sig now or your in danger of getting yourself temp banned at worst or lose your sig completely at least.
