Is this the Sporkfire the PS Dev? I thought that the Devs didn't play under their known names.

No thats really him. I've seen him playing on emerald on NC.

I've seen spork in game plenty of times (in beta atleast), and i even mistakenly found out his alias (which i wouldn't give out for eleventy billion dollars). :D

SmokeJumper occasionally squads with CDL too. I know i've seen atleast 4-6 Dev's multiple times. BUt i'm guessing they play under there alias's much more, atleast i would :lol:

That explosion in Spork's picture caught my attention. The smoke behind the initial flame of the explosion really, really resembles the Challenger breakup smoke trail. I went and looked up some old pics and I think someone pasted the smoke trail from the Challenger breakup in there.

Anyone else see the resemblance?

I tried to kill him in Beta along with 2 other Devs. At least I think they were Devs since the other two were also CR5s and there weren't a whole lot of those around back then. Anyways they were walking in a line and I came up behind them in my Vanguard. I was on my way to pick up my gunner so I had no one to shoot them. So I hit "Q" and ran them over. Then I backed over them. Then ran them over again. Then I got three exploding AMSs dropped on me >_<

I did get a good laugh out of it though :lol:

Unfortunately he is now afraid, since I am uber and he is n0t. He is only teh ubEr n00b now.

I thought when the devs played as themselves (not as some anonymous character), they usually have some sort of suffix (like PS or QA) after their name, like SporkfirePS. Someone mentioned that you can't create any characters whose names end in PS. Would really suck for someone who wanted to be called IWearLeatherChaPS...

As for spork, he plays under his name at times. All the dev's do. You cant see an impersonator because their names are restricted/reserved

spork said he goes by a different name when he playing in his free time. his outfit doesnt even know its him.
