i have some screen shots but i cant get them on do i have to host them or something?

Actually the log says you tried to upload "PSScreenShot0010.bmp".

You need to convert it to JPEG. You can do this in almost any image editing software, even Paint will do it. Open up the image in Paint and save it as a JPEG image, then upload it. Make sure you rename the image and don't leave it as "PSScreenShot0010". That filename is probably already taken.

how do i change them from BMB files?

to JPEG

Open it in Paint then go to File>Save As.
Enter a filename and select "JPEG" from the file type drop down menu.

Filename being what you want to name the picture as
