What EMPIRE should I be?

I'm remaking on Emerald, what Empire needs my help this time around? I think I may have overpowered NC last time, so that's my last choice.

I was VS on Markov. Maybe its just me, but it seemed like the majority of them were rather anti-social and callous when it came to any sort of organization. How is it on Emerald?

I'm a br20 TR and I'm suggesting being a VS. I wish I had sunk all those hours into VS instead. I'll support my suggestion with some opinions:

1) The Lancer. The god of PlanetSide weapons and the most fun. Lethal for people with good computers and broadband.

2) The MagRider. Unchallenged King of the Tanks. Since PlanetSide will always use Client-Side Hit-Detection, the MagRider will always be the only tank that is lethal enough to be worth 3 credits without a gunner. Also gives an instant and priceless advantage when delivering the LLU.

3) The Lasher. Not the best Heavy Assault, but not the worst.

4) Flying MAX units. Yet another strategical element that a mastermind commander can use to utterly molest a defending force.

5) Perception of eternal underdog. Vanu will claim 'til their dying breath that every other empire owns them all day long. It's completely untrue and completely airtight.

6) Cool armor. It's more electric-blue than purple, and scintillates in a cool way. Cooler than the bug-eyed TR by far. NC looks cool too, I guess, but nothing looks as slick as VS reinforced exosuit.

7) The Beamer. The ultimate humiliation weapon. Kill someone with this, take a screenshot, and own them forever.

There you have it, many good reasons to sink your time into VS.

I dont like the vanu much. their MAXes are wierd their weapons are slow....I would be TR if I could go back.

If I was you I'd wait and see what the balance pass has to offer beofre making any decisions (unless you've already deleted your chars, then TR, beacuse errmm yeah, we're red!!)

vanu = teh pwn, its kinda true vanu are kind of anti social in large scale attacks... but theres lotsa good outfits that u can join up with on emerald *hint* join LD. but we also got lotsa CR5s that communicate with us alot and ask for backup on the continents. so its not that bad, and i only play my emerald VS so i dunno how social the other servers or other factions are in terms of large scale socialness

Be a NC or TR. On all my VS chars all the people are dicks and just dont work together. I dont know bout Emerald VS but I assume they're the same. Generally Tr work together on Emerald, we will all take the home conts then move as a mob into a continent, then once we get beat back we move somewhere else. It's an organized zerg basically. Plus we have CR5's out the wazoo. And we just got 2 new good ones. MasterCheifBatts and Warb1atch, both have been my friends since long before even the CR3 range, and they're both good leaders. Of course I picked TR in the poll because it always seems we're outnumbered unless we're on Forseral.
