Over-sized radar!

For some time now I've had an over-sized radar and I really hate it. Usally your radar is small and square but mine is a large rectange. Does anyone know how to fix this:

Press tab to go to cursor mode, point your mouse at the bottom right corner of the radar. When it becomes a little diagonal arrow, click and drag your radar back to its small little square. This has happened to me before, too.
