I don't think many people are though. I haven't seen more than 2 people on each empire on at a time.

They are preparing the test server for core combat beta.

Not sure about CC, they have to test the new balance patch first.

But yeah, I also think they will use it for CC.

They may, but when you bring up the test server, the thing where you apply for core combat is there where the patch notes usually are.

I tried for days to get onto test to try out the Balance Pass. Finally I just gave up. They really shouldnt have released the balance pass document (recommending testing on the test server) while Test was unavailable and going to be unavailable for quite some time
