Outfit Deletion - Plz correct the problem !

As the official PS forum does not work today, it seems, i post here the following request. If anyone can help us... Thx by advance.

Our outfit, Star Riders, created on september 14th, has been deleted for the second time today.
We had more than 8k OP before the first deletion and more than 13k OP before the second one.
I hope these hardly gained outfit points will be recredited soon.

As u may know, personal outfit points hasn't been working properly for more than 15 days too...

Our leader, Acrolyte, sent a /appeal one week ago and we have no news from support team...

Plz answer this post and help us !
It becomes very boring. :(

well, my first guess would be not enough people so... how many members do you have? If it's less then a squads worth then that is your most likely problem

It's a bug and we can't help you with that. You could wait till Sporkfire comes over here and posts something if he will, or you could post this on the offical forums.

i've seen outfits with 3 members so it cant be the member count.
