My Trip To San Luis Obispo!!!! (pics)

Here are some pictures from my trip to San Luis Obispo Cal Poly. For those who don't know, i wen't to visit a friend from the Tribalwar forums.

Here is what we did.

Thursday - Left my house at 12:49 on train 775 northbound. 71/2 hours later, i arrived at the San Luis Obispo train station. Hopping off the train and searching for my friend Chelle, i spot her standing on the other side of the platform with a big smile on her face holding the following sign.

After cracking up we climb into her Oldsmobile, and head to her house. We listen to her punk music the way there and 10 minutes later arrive at her 3 bedroom home. We climb out and go in. I meet her roomates, Chris, Nick, and Brooke. We go back to her room and chill out, talk on AIM, whore some forums, and decided to go to "Avala", a nice beach with bonfires. After arriving at Avala we cozy up to some bonfires and hang out for a few hours, only to head back to her house and crash for the night.

Friday - I awaken to Chelle tapping me on the shoulder and climb out of bed and take a shower. We then climb into her car and head to Pismo Beach for lunch. We go to a place called Splash Cafe. We park and go across the street and wait in line. I get a bowl of there famous Clam Chowder and she gets chicken strips. We head to the pier and eat at a bench. Then we climb into her car and head to work. She gave me a tour of the Cal Poly campus and then we went to Trinity hall, the dorm she works at. After 3 hours of desk management, and goofing off, we hop in the car and head off to Quizno's to get sub sammiches!!. We both got Mesquite Chicken ones and ate at her house. After we ate, we wen't off to her boyfriends dorm at Cal Poly. We got there and i met him, Brian, nice guy :). We wen't to his room and watched some family guy, awesome show. After that we wen't home and after another late night of talking we wen't to sleep. (i slept on there cumfy couch).


SaturdayWe woke up and wen't to Firestones for lunch. Firestones is a nice sports grill type place with the most awesome Tri-Tip sammich ever. We then took off for Cal Poly as she had more work. (pics of what we did during her shift)

After that we picked up Chelles friends Jen and Megan. We wen't shopping and then to Jamba Juice. Shopping was boring, until we wen't to the stores with uber hot womenz (no pics, sorry). After that we made chicken and brownies. The meal kicked ass, and we then took off for Jen's dorm to drop her off (we dropped Megan off after shopping). Then we took off for Avala again. This night, a bunch of dorm's/frats we're having bonfire parties. We wen't down and socialized with some nice folks and made ourselves comfortable at a nice bonfire (pics below) which was started by a guy burning 6 years worth of school work. Then a group of philipino students came down and joined our fire. They whipped out the weed, beer, and started to drink/smoke. We we're quiet at first until the guy, alex said

"Hey you, ya you motherfuckers, why are you being so quiet"

he was hillarious. The bonfire 10 ft. to the left had a guy playing acoustic guitar. Alex yells over at the top of lungs, "Hey you, ya you motherfucker, with the guitar, get your ass over here" :rofl:. Was good times, pics below.....

We burst out laughing and proceeded to converse with them. This alex guy was hillarious and offered us some beer and a hit of the weed, we took the beer, but refused the joint. After Chelle took about 2 sips, i drank the rest and we took off to go back to her house. After getting there Chelle broke out the Smirnov Vodka. We got the vodka and started to do shots with a little water chaser. After 3 shots, we we're starting to feel it, and finally after my 7th shot of vodka, i was feeling a bit sick. I didn't think i would barf, but i did, all over the living room, atleast 4 good heaves. I felt like shit and Chelle cleaned it up. We stayed up still drunk as fuck. Chelle didn't know what to do so she put windex on the barf spot :rofl: :rofl: :rofl:. After that we stumbled around the house, being general dumbasses and drunk as all hell. I then passed out on the couch and woke up the next day with the worst hangover.

Sunday - After nursing glasses of water for an hour or so, we headed off to meet "Neil" a poster over at Tribalwar. He was really cool, we had sammiches again and then headed off to work. After that we came back to her place and made nacho's, watched movies, and just chilled out talking til the late hours of the night again.

Monday - Monday, i woke at 6:00am and caught my train home catching up on sleep most of the way.

And now here i am. That whole trip owned so much, i had a fucking blast. Chelle isn't just an interweb friend, she's a real life friend now and i look forward to visiting her again soon.

Great trip, and you burned an amazing amount of money. Well, at least you had fun. There are nonfun ways of burning money, usually involving used car salesmen.

Note: If I have to travel to see you, I'm packing heat, I wouldn't travel alone without at least a combat knife...not for you, of course, but for any neo-Nazis who roam California hunting Mexicans...

I wish I could go on a trip like that with some of you guys...

I had a good buzz going, but i couldn't hold the liquor down. Any suggestions to keeping it down, 2nd time this has happened. Suggestions for chasers? Drink on a full stomach? Time between drinks? Any input is appreciated :)

And :lol: Hamma. Iwould have done the joint but Chelle isn't to big on drugs, so theres no way i would have done anything to risk her being uncomfortable. Plus, i didn't want to be drunk and stoned, i am an amateur afterall :p\
