I haven't played in...well, a long time. I think one or two months.
Anyway, I heard the changed the tanks around; did they give all of them more armor, or did they leave the Magrider as the 'baseline' and then added to the Prowler (more armor) and Vanguard (most)?
I ask because I've heard it's a buttload harder to drive any of the tanks. if they didn't raise the baseline armor, I have a feeling that the tanks will die much much faster to AV weaponry, which makes me sad because I had a lot of fun driving my Vanguard and Magrider.
If this is the case, I probably won't resubscribe anytime soon, and I was just curious.
P.S. there is a giant (about 1300px) vertical blank space at the top of the forum when browsing in Firebird

They haven't made the changes yet. When the changes go into effect, all tanks will have additional armor. The tanks also have less to worry about in regards to the TR AV weapons as they nerfed damage on the Striker, and the Phoenix and Lancer are obviously more difficult to hit moving vehicles with.
I'd guess that the changes go live by the weekend based on the abbreviated test server times on previous patches.

You can read about the changes here (http://www.planetside-universe.com/patchnotes.php?patch_id=64) in our Patch Notes (http://www.planetside-universe.com/patchnotes.php) section. :)

How much did/will they raise the armor of all tanks by?
Although you might not be the one who actually puts together the
site, I'm sort of surprised you've never heard of Firebird. Then again, I was sort of hoping that web designers still check to see if their site works in all major browsers.
Anyway, you can find it here (http://www.mozilla.org/projects/firebird/), and here is the screenshot:

These 16 errors might have something to do with it, I wouldn't know:

Also, I think Comcast users still have problems with your domain name.
