See the "User CP" thingie? Click on that, and there's a section entitled "avatar." :p

If you mean WHERE to get an avatar from... yikes. Look around. There's lot of publicly available ones, or you could make your own (for instance, mine is a sprite animation from Seiken Densetsu 3.) If you're somewhat incompetent in that regard, I bet someone'll make one for you if you ask really really nicely. ;)
