Servers question

When choosing a server, should I take into account where it is located? I dont want to have the highest ping on Emerald (Where I want to play) because its east coast, if im not mistaken.

yea it is east coast but playing on emerald has basically no difference opposed to playing on werner depending on where you are unless you have a slow connection, but otherwise(i have highspeed) its not a problem

I live in Seattle and I'm playing on Emerald. I use Comcast and the highest spike I've see is around 100.

The ping is rarely my problem... my problem is the frames per second (I don't have an uber machine).

Ok, thanks. I am on a T1 so I doubt it will bee too much of a problem, the few ping points are worth playing where I want to play.
