One with colors that dissapear once it's highlighted and the other with the naked chick.

when you scroll over a pic it creates a new bitmap type thing basicly which is normally blue over the image with a clear affector whatever. i think they just edit that or its and image underneath and it covers some of the pixels on hte top imageand fills in some on hte under or whatever. (educated guess) like the old red strips on our old transformer toys form back in hte day that showed there stats. hmm porn and transformers, great combo

They take the photo of the girl and overlay the cliffs with invert blending 60% opacity and up scale it buy 100%. To see the original, apply an invert filter and downscale it 50% ;)
