Recent patch?

When I logged into the game a few minutes ago, I downloaded a patch that included planetside.exe. Anyone know what was up with that? Was it a patch or was it a CC pre-download?

Planetside.exe was downloaded... must be a small update not noticeable or getting ready for the expansion. A bunch of the other files were also for preperation of Core Combat.

perhaps they fixed the tank treads

I noticed on Konried server NC veh screen that the veh colors are different More blue and gold anyone else notice this? maybe thats what was in the patch

Well SERIOUSLY its just the slow additions on new things for CC. Even if you dont buy CC, you will need the texture renders for weapons fire, animatins, vehic etc. They are doing it slowly, otherwise it would be a 3 hour DL for most people on release day.

I've noticed two things lately:
A) Manned Wall turrets actualy hurt.

B) Wall turrets will compleatly ignore the NC MAX's shield. It will shoot the MAX, the shield will be on and draining at the standard idle rate, but you will take armour(and eventualy health) damage from the turret as if you didn't have your shield up.
