How do I make my own Sig is there some kinda of program that I can download to make the sig?

I made my ghetto sig in MSPaint. Generally you need a good graphics editor like Paintshop Pro or Adobe Photoshop for the really hawt sigs. You could TECHNICALLY download it from some sources, but it wouldn't exactly be legal.
