Downloading Problem...

Is anyone else having to download something everytime they sign on because in the last week when i've signed on i would have to download a freakin 50 min download and im tired of it!!!!!! :mad: :mad:

Those are the files for Core Combat. They are being released in small batches so that when it comes out people don't have to download the whole thing at once on the same day. Unless you are selecting yes for the downloads each day, you must of accidentely selected auto dowloading everytime you log on. I think you can turn the autodownload off, but I don't know how at the moment.

Sounds like you are on dial up. It takes less than 4 minutes on my DSL.

no im looking at the launchpad right now and the planetside corecombat is turned off and plus im buying cc retail so soe better shape up or im gonna have 2 sue them for tampering with my computer :doh: ;)

If its off it should not be downloading, just turn it on then off again :p

If you have the autodownload turned off, and you are still dl'ing crap, you are downloading the nessicary files for you to see other peeps weapons and vehicles and the like.

im having the same #$&%ing problem bro, im not autodownloading or anthing of the sort. it just says downloading patch2.wav. i have to wait 70 minutes because i dont have dsl. :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:
