Help please.

Ok I finally downladed the planetside demo (beta?) and finished updating it (2 days later) and now I can't play it?!?!?

I only get a "public test" server, no merner etc. Now also when I load game it says that "client version is not the same as server version. Please repatch" then it closes the game.

My borther has the same demo and it works fine for him and we did the same things so whats going on here?

How do i repatch the game? How do i fix the prob? please help :(

Sorry, I think I have found the problem, I was running the game from "planetsidetest.exe" instead of "planetsidebeta.exe"

I feel like such a fool :(

It says patcher initilized, how long does this take? Its been running like that now for 7minutes and the bar hasnt even moved :?

There may be some issues going on this morning. Especially with the wildfire's going on.

Yeah I'm getting this too, seems it crashed all server around 2pm GMT+1 time and then I can't get back on. Just says what is typed above, "does not match.." and so on.

After the update, i tried to run game from "planetsidebeta.exe" and it said that the core combat beta has expired" I dont no how this is possible when i never got core combat. When i try and run the installer i get this error

So we (my brother and i) tried to copy the sony folder and paste it onto my computer over the network, thats hwat i have been trying since, but all these errors i still get.

Man please, can some one help me here :( all so very depressing and my trial time will expire soon and i havent even been able to play it for crying out loud.

ok PS beta is corecombat beta's launcher, use the regular launcher if you wan't to play the regular game, CC beat is over now that it's realesed anyway

first - you shouldn't be running either the planetside_test.exe or the planetisde_beta.exe.

The shortcut you use to play the game should be:
"...\Sony\Station\Launchpad\LaunchPad.exe" /game:PlanetSide

the ... is your path to the Sony folder of course.

That takes me to the launch pad screen to login, and i cant run the game from that!?!?

Ahh man this sucks, my beta time is almost over and i couldnt even play it :(
