is there a place to find out what is required to get a vehicle? I mean other than the certification. I just found out that you have to have a tech plant to get a Tank. What are some of the other requirements?

For a Reaver, you gotta have a tech plant. Heavy buggies you need tech. The medium tanks also need tech, I think thats it.

Sunderer as well needs tech plant as well as liberator. Galaxy needs a dropship center, and then it can only be bought from there.
