Ok guys. I love Planetside to death, it's a great game. But I also need a non-combat game to, shall we say, "chill out" when the mood suits it. I was more or less settled on The Sims Online (Let the flames commense) but I want your input.
My only requirement is that the game is really totally non-combat. (It can have combat in it. I just want one where I can play without EVER using a weapon, and not resulting in a gimped character.)
Hit me.

Don't go for The Sims Online. Trust me.
If your looking for non-combat, your best bet might be a non-MM game.
I'm not bashing The Sims in any way. I love it. Have you gone through all the regular The Sims games?

How about Tic-Tac-Toe?

Quite possibly one of the best genres for "chilling" is a good ol' RPG.
Might I suggest firing up an emulator and playing Secret of Mana, Breath of Fire, Final Fantasy (any one), Zelda, or one of the many others?
Good PC RPG's include Wizardry 8, Neverwinter Nights, Baldurs Gate (1 and 2), and Fallout.

I suppose I should have stipulated that in the first place. It's gotta be MMO.
And any particular reasons why TSO = teh no? I liked the beta...

Yep, that's about what I did, but when they fucked up CH, I couldn't even bring out my little kitty anymore. That's when I quit(That's true, I was enjoying screwing in a cantina with my kitten[gurreck] and my level was high enough to tame it but whatever)
BTW, apparently, Sims Online is even worse than what I believed. It's a sims game, but a bad one, at least for sims standards(all sim games are bad, but this one is especially bad)

Non combat MMO. Well, SWG is about your only bet. Almost every other one requires combat for advancment.

Good ole traditional rpg adventure games. The old ones, not the ones like on ps2 and xbox. Or just plain old traditional adventure games. IE myst, space quest, the new sam and max game.
And one of the most entertaining games in history (beside the real traditional games)
Journeyman project trilogy!

Try Diablo 2 : Lord of Destruction. They just release the 1.10 patch that redesigned the game to an extent.
