I think the HART timer should be 5 minutes because it is very annoying when you log on and miss the HART, ending up having to wait ten minutes. Or maybe, like you mentioned, it should be removed completely so there is more team work and cooperation.

Getting rid of the hart screws solos, who have just as much right to play as the next guy.

10 mins was fine. 1 min makes Galaxy a one-trick pony.

Removing the Hart wouldn't screw the solo's. Those people are usually just looking for a fight anyways, so let them instant action in.

youy really left out a few options. Wheres the somewhere in between 10 minutes one or like 20 minutes. Because an hour is rediculous, the one minute is kinda goofy too there should obviously be a hart leaving 10 minutes the only one that was logical (IMO)

I like the idea of nerfing the HART...maybe have *one* HART arrive at *one* villa every twenty minutes or so.

I don't understand why all you people care how long the HART is. Perhaps unlike you people, some people can only play for half an hour at a time, and waiting 10 minutes for the HART is a bitch. You people who want to demolish the HART, chances are YOUR not going to get a gal cert anyway, and you just like flying instead of usuing the HART. So fuck you, and get a gal and all you people who want to use them can. They rest of us can just take the HARt and get to the fighting.

An hour is not, in fact, rediculous. It's part of a larger scheme and one which kills two birds with one stone. Increase the HART timers to a minimum of one hour. Chnage it so you can HART onto locked enemy continents. Change it so the only people who can pass through a warpgate to a locked continent are the Empire that locked the continent.

Cripple the HART. We'll actually start to see Galaxies and Sunderers again.
Cripple warpgates on locked continents. Give us a reason to lock them.

Yeah I agree totally. I solo a lot, and it helps me out a lot without having to waste cert points on a vehicle. Instead I cert in engeneering and repair base defenses to help the team.

Even when I do look for a squad, I often will first go to an area of heavy fighting first, then look for a group there, rather than wasting time in the sanctuary.

Hey Destroyeron, If you read what people are saying, you'll notice they don't mention a thing about adjust instant action. Shit can the hart or change it to an hour or two.

If you need to get to fighting, just use instant action.

*Pulls out his Med gun and pistolwhips destroyeron* ah where were we when we we were having a rational conversation. Oh yes I feel that the hart should be extended maybe 20 mins. The reason I dont like the idea of an hour or even ye gods two is because it in the end makes it harder for people to get formsed up. Sometimes for whatever reason your outfit or your squad is not where the hotspot is. So you basicly have one real option, either a multiple continent trip in the vehicle of your choice or hart. No ones gonna come pick one person up in a gal. Thats why the hart remains necissary, hotspots are not the be all end all untill they make them a little more stable. ALso it whould be nice if they placed the hart timer on the global map.

What if the Hart timer was 1 hour from the last time you used it?

So a person can use it the moment they log into the game, but can't HART again fro 60 minutes.

I still don't see an issue with solo players. How esactly does making the HART timer 1 hour+ take anything away from you? Now with Gerbil's idea you could still even log in and get to where you wanted to be in no time. I don't think the HART was intended to be the primary mode of transport in this game. If you hate hoofing it do what everyone else does, pick up a Mossy/Harraser or the ATV cert. Having a quick mode of transportation you can snag to get from one base to another is a good idea whether you play in squads or solo.
