View Full Version : The abilility To loot MAX Weapons?

Thought this might be a good idea if you kill a MAX go over to the backpack of death and you could loot their weapons you would still retain the abilities of your MAX's empire (example: NC Scatter MAX loots TR Pounder , it gets the pounder weapons system but not the ability to hook its feet into the ground like TR MAXs do). I thought this is a good idea, any comments?

They do have the stupid training thing that lists the weapons/vehicles/ect and they have the other empire maxs (probably because they are going to do that someday, or they just didnt feel like making that list empire specific)

Yep, sad to know that I no matter what I do I can never yet get 200xp for using an enemy max... the devs do enjoy taunting people don't they

It would be nice to have some sort of abillity to transform the backpack of a fallen max into a case of some sort to store in a locker or such to change into later.
I wish you could do this with all the armors, ie stow rein exo in locker.

the reason for this is of tactical balances the reason many things are the way they are is cause of balance people say but its a common pool weapon it doesnt need to be balanced this couldnt be farther from the truth. A game of Planetside's Scale needs to be balance and refined to something of an art. The state that the game is in i commend the Development team for the balance patches. Before you guys start useing the N word (nerf) id leave it up to the dev team they look at pure stats and in combat performace. And im glad they dont cave in under pressure from the community's wishes. Just had to say that
