So what funny moments have you had while playing planetside?

I was riding a Wraith a few days ago, and there was this Vanguard attacking the base i came from. So I felt like doing something stupid and started zooming towards the assault tank. I happened to get under the tank so that it was on top of me, and I was able to move the tank around. So... I did. Eventually the driver got out and blew me away...

My favourite was playing tonight with my cloaker, chipping at a Dual-Cycler MAX with my spiker down in the caverns. I was using the ziplines to go back and forth all over the place and with his slow turning time he could barely keep up. After 42 shots and several minutes of hilarity he finally slumped over. Man he must have been pissed!

once i was on forseral, and i was on a mountain, and this was the day i started sniping, and i say a sniper down on the ground, he shot me once, i shot back, i hit the freindly cloaker behind him, killing him, and at the exact same time, the enemy sniper killed me, aka i saved him, and he killed me, and it was like a split second inbetween shots

Mine was warping through the Amerish warpgate from the VS sanctuary. I was plying my character PurpleandProud. Then, when the loading screen had gone, I noticed I was upside down! I was driving the squad gal and we were all like WTS? We were stuck to the warpgate arm like a magnet! When I ALT+G it said "simply get out" so we did, and we dropped all the way down and we all lost about 46 health. Good times....

My funny moment was when a enemy cloaker tried to hack the CC right in front of me

One time I logged in, I was in the CC being hacked by TR, and I was a ScatMAX. Almost everyone else were either cloakers or agile, when I finally died, a bunch of TR came in wondering WTF happened. Too bad they dont have facial expressions for seeing a dozen dead TR.

I was running alone through solsar I notice a TR guy trying to hide behind a tree. I sent a plasma nade right next to him and he runs out macroing "Stop!". So I did and we proceeded to have nice little chat, he was cool guy. He then abruptly pulls out his MCG and blows me to peices, then sends me /t thanks for waiting for my weapons lock to run out.

It was the funniest thing that has ever happened to me in this game, I couldn't be mad at him. I was cracking up when I got that /t. I fully appreciate the deceptive, treacherous skills the dirty rat employed.

I was playing with my NC character. A few squad members and I were attacking a base with little resistance. I was running there from a nearby base we had hacked. I was running along the wall, almost at the door into the courtyard when out of nowhere comes a prowler. He drives up about a meter away and the gunner points the barrels of the cannon straight at my head, but didn't fire. It was funny, we had a good laugh.

Another time was when I was using the HART to get to a base. My pod landed on its side and I couldn't get out, it was hilarious.

I thought it was pretty funny when I saw a dead body launch out of the side of an AMS.

I accidentally spawned in a spawn camped base, instead of the nearby AMS, so rather than simply pullin out my lil suppressor and getting owned, I high tail it out of there. One NC happens to get a shot off on me, but I make it into the hallway... where several NC MAXes are walking towards me. I slip in between them before they even have time to fire, then run past several JackHammer users up to the main entrance. Another NC gets a shot off on me as I run out the door. I head out the door while running past more NC with gauss rifles. I scoot around the corner of the base wall right as a JackHammer fires but misses me, and I run smack dab into an enemy infiltrator. He simply runs around me towards the main entrance, so I turn around, pull out supressor and pop him just as the JackHammers round the corner and blow me away. Best infil kill I ever got! :lol:

I was sniping once, and suddenly I head the "Hail" emote from right behind me. Then a boomer goes off and I die a horrible death. I send the cloaker a ROFL! tell. Hehe.

Another time I was walking around, and I find a VS MAX with his back turned. I whip out my Sweeper and load it with AP shells, and I open up. I took about 50 armor damage and 10 health damage before he died.

My MAX squaddie was assaulting a tower while I was sniping. Suddenly, a surging agile runs out and opens up on him with an MCG. The agile's running circles around him and I can't get a shot off. Right after my squaddie kicks the bucket I blast the agile and he falls over dead.

Me and two other guys were defending an Interlink Facility. So, we're in the basement popping up behind enemies and blasting them, saying emotes to each other like "Good Shot!" and "Excellent!" and blowing away massive amounts of TR.

ME and one of my friends were showing his n00b friend how to play. And we were screwing around with OSes, and he put an os right on top of us, just to show him the purple (I was vs on emerald then, was a looooong time ago) beam.
But my friend accidentally set the OS off and it killed all 3 of us, it was hilarious because I heard him on TS saying "OH SH*T" right before it came down.

I think one time my squad of TR and I were on Amerish dicking around trying to cap some base because we didn't feel like following the zerg that night. It turns out that the NC also had the same idea. Finally after searching I find the AMS they had in the courtyard I was outnumbered 4 to 1 when all of a sudden Anakin comes in with his Reaver and together we take out the AMS and the enemy surrounding it. He does the "Greetings" voice macro and flies off. A few minutes later he comes back and wipes us out it was pretty funny.

Also with Combat Engineering we were holding a tower that was slowly being overrun. Everytime I would spawn I'd get my combat engy load out run out one of the front doors past all the attackers and start to lay mines. The attackers seeing me as an easy kill chase me around but run over the mines I had laid behind me. :D

I've also seen peoeple drop dead recently with nobody around.. i was standing in a tech plant the other day and a guy came running up the stairs and just died.. :lol: It happened to Manitou yesterday as well, he bumped into me and just died.

K, i dunno how, but once on Forseral, I was going off the mountain by Caer with my Wraith. Just as i jumped, a enemy reaver was flying by. I landed on it and he blew up.....and then i did too when i hit the ground.

And another time i was watching like 10 nc guys try to knife me and harm me someway hen i was in my pounder max.. I laugh, anchored, and blew the hell out of half of them, and then one I think Boomered me.

during CC beta me and a friend where flying in a cavern. i get the idea to check out a "infantry walkway". so we get there and i tell my friend to try and fit his mosq inside it. lol it worked, though he took about 90% damage trying. l8r he died by tapping the wall on accident.

This was with one of my alts, a TR on konried. I hopped into a galaxy as a pounder max and the galaxy flew over a NC controled tech plant on cysor. I bailed over the base and fell......right through the roof and into the CC room.
i was right on top of the CC right behind about 8 NC all facing the wrong way. I deployed and blew them away =P. That was nucking futs!
