1. WTF is my air to air guided missiles. I won't be happy till I see them in game. That means NOW dang it.

2. Feels far more stable. There was more action, and the new elements seem to be shaking the mix up nicely.

3. Instant action actually works....

More later.

Well it IS better, Emerald is my server ATM, NC.

As for the Avatar, dude, I moderate out of control posts, not content per say (besides, lex is there, he is my polar opposite)

Oh ya, I want my Guided Air-to-Air missiles.

Seriously, they have guided SAM's, what, we are to believe the PS weapons Dev people are too dumb to make Air-to-Air guided weapons?????

Not like I am asking for smart bombs or worse.

No, what's funny is you're just noticing that.

P.S. I am so going to hunt you down and shoot you Spee, in the head, repeatedly. Then run you over. Then shoot you again :p

Since I came back I seem to have had less problems with memory leakage.

Has this been changed in a patch?

Ps: I've also started using HA on TR. THATS an improvement over my sucky VS Lasher :p

That would be a good addition to empire-specific planes...

The latest patch (11/5) addressed 'Memory Management' to keep PS from accessing the Windows Swapfile too much (according to the patch notes). Since the patch I have noticed some of the stutter issues went away, however two very annoying problems have cropped up:

1) Game/computer locks tight and have to power cycle (rare)
2) Weapons fire and effects disappear along with waypoints and squadmates on the map. (frequent)

#2 is the most annoying since it is hard to lead with out tracers (especially as a turret gunner). I have /bug'd it everytime it occurs. Changing my video settings seems to have no effect and I've only noticed it since CC came out.

But otherwise I think the balance patch was good. Framerate doesn't seem to bog down as much in large Zerg battles.

I've been getting the same two bugs. PS has run fine for me until I decided to try core combat. Since then I've had two straight up freezes and I had that damn weapons effects bug for about two days. I ran the full scan and it got rid of the weapons effects bug but then suddenly it was like I was invisible. I could run around and see stuff happening but nothing I did (shooting for instance) would make a sound and no one seem to want to shoot me. So I full scanned again and now everything is just fine again. So I suppose full scan once, twice, and you might be good.
