What do you do in Tribes?

I play Revmod a lot, my roles there are infiltration/assassination, suicide bombings, sabotage, and deployment.

A year or so ago I was one of the top 5 duelists in the game. I imagine if I got back into it for a week or so i could still be in the top 10.

When I play T2 I do a variety of things.

Shrike / Light Offense(harassment) / Heavy Offense / Medium Offense

Just depends what is needed.

On maps with no vehicles I was light defense/chaser, midfield assistance or deployables backup depending what was needed.

On maps where I got a Shrike I killed lots of people. Lots and lots of people. That and did drop offs for cappers.

If your going to play any mods play mechina and heavy medal....they both rule.

Heavy anti-vehicle/defense. Perimeter defenses, sensors and traps. High speed repair service for turrets, gens and the like.

I just love seeing a well set up flag room.

Some sniping, but mostly heavy defense/assault. Nothing like a 16-juggy assault on a base....

Used to be kickass with a Shrike, but my mouse no longer inverts correctly. Even when I tell it to, it doesn't in vehicles. So I am the suck in them now.

This is a fairly cool avi of us in a match with Void. The score was 1-0 when they almost tied it. Some wacko cappah made a llama grab and sealed the win for us. :D

Eh, still play it very regularly. I generally spend the majority of my time in light armour running people over in a tank (got over 40 rundowns in one match a couple of weeks ago - pissed people off :p) or shrike. When I'm not in vehicles I'm either sniping offensively (not naughty vpad sniping) or playing with Mr. Spinfusor.

I can't remember who our Match of DOOM� was with or even how many overtimes it went into, but it was waaaayyyyy too many. Something like 5 OTs I think?

Hehe, oh yes farming. I almost forgot.

My usual match routine on the 24/7 Katabatic server is to set up my world famous turret layout, which makes short work of almost any attacker. I then grab a tank, and hang around my end of the map, running over people who attack.

After a few mins of this which defeats the initial attackers (and gets me a nice amount of kills from the turrets) I generally grab a shrike and start harassing the enemy base. Usually making flybys on people standing on the base and such.. once eventually shot down I'll fix up my turrets and then start going for some infantry action. Spinfusor galore!

Repeat the above process with a few stops for sniping here and there, and you've pretty much got my playing schedule for a match. :P
