So I bought Shadows of Undertide in preperation for Hordes of the Underdark coming out in December. I thought it would be a little longer than it was however and it ended up taking only about 3 days to complete. So since my NWN craving has not sated by SoU I was wondering if anyone knew where I could get some quality full length modules for NWN. Most of the ones I've found consist of killing endless streams of high level enemies in the middle of a random forest/cave/towns etc :(
90% of the home made mods I've seen for NWN are exacty what you just said. hack n slash add ons. I've yet to see one fully scripted and having any point other than 'look at all the cool shit I put in here to kill'..let alone anything I'd consider 'quality'. so, if you're looking for long term, complex story related NWN mods, I strongly recommend doing one yourself. It should take substantially more than 3 days.

That's just the thing though. While capable of coming up with a decent NWN moule ith decent plot etc. It's not nearly as much fun to play through because I'm the one who made it. I already know what's going to happen. Hell just out of what we've played in our tabletop games with a single party I could create a five chapter minimum module. Thing is that would involve me learning the scripting for the game and dumping days towards creating something that will hold no suprises for me :(
I was hoping there was some other geeks like myself but with more time on thier hands out there somewhere

Neverwinter Nights, and imho you'd be better off just replaying one of the Infinity Engine games, particularly PS:T. I don't even bother to keep NWN installed, well over %90 of the modules are garbage or simply too short.

Infinity engine games were good. I should actually pick up Icewind Dale 2 sometime especially since it's ceap now.

I'm playing Greyhawk: Temple Of Elemental Evil right now, and it's pretty damn sweet, but also complex. With the 3.5 edition rules, whole party creation (You make all the characters in the party if you want, or choose from premade characters.), awesome turn based combat, and an attractive 2d engine. You can bet it will have my attention for a while.

Yeah I don't particularily like scripting and if you want to do any neato story stuff you pretty much can't avoid having to do at least some scripting.
Hmmm, I haven't seen ToEE in stores but then I didn't see Max Payne 2 on the shelf either until someone pointed it out to me :p
