and downloaded the free 7 day trial of PS.

It really is still alot like beta, except for the lower volume of folks, their general focus and a few added things and vehicles.

I do however, notice alot more lag than I ever encountered during beta but yeah, ok....its still fun. Mostly in areas of serious combat. Sadly, since thats the most fun part of the game, it can get frustrating to say the least.

Not sure about the longevity of it if the lag remains an issue for me, but as for now, I stand corrected.

Push escape, click game options and tweak your bandwidth settings, there is a med/low/hi mess with it till you find one right for you ;)

yea I just got it set up as well and I'm about to click play.

Bugger I think everyone thought planetside like all MMO games are a pain in the ass in the beginning and its good to hold out until there decent so it doesn;t ruin that games potential to be awsome in our minds!
