Im getting an error message described on the official site forums here:

If you still have reciept go take it back and get a new copy of the game , the error your experiencing is very rare. If you dont have the reciept do what it says and send it back to sony. Hope that helps

nope the disks are borked. there was a batch of bad disks at launch
