Ff Xi

Anyone play this yet? is it fun? hard? how much is it a month? How hard is it to become a Ninja, cause i have been waiting forever to get aRPG that lets me play as a Ninja. Im gonna get it soon, just wondering how fun it is.

are you guys anti-RPG? I like all genres. RPG, FPS, RTS, etc. Though RPG/FPS hybrids are my favorite (DEUS EX!!!!!!!).

i also read up on FF XI a little and it sounds like they went back to the old skool FF1 stlye classes. If you dont like the orginal FF, thats like saying Doom sucks. And that makes you a pussy. :p

Deus Ex owned in all ways. The three different endings were EXCELLENT and left you scratching your head.

Umm, i did all three to see the ending movies. In the end I never really made up my mind.

Also there have been few games i have preordered. Tribes2, Homeworld, Chrono Trigger, and now Deus Ex 2. That game will rule all. Neo-religion and poor people or not. ;)

FFXI is really fun. Don't be afraid of people who put it down, they're just trying to preser...er nevermind..

Soooooo yeah it's a good game. You can start as a warrior, red mage, black mage, white mage, thief, monk..not sure if I'm missing one. Anyway these jobs all lead to different advanced jobs. You can be a dragoon (and have a cute lil blue dragon follow you around) ninja, samurai, beast tamer, summoner, dark knight, paladin, the list goes on. You have to be level 30+ to unlock these advanced jobs. If you liked the feel of the previous final fantasy series, I think you'll like FFXI.

And if you're afraid of japanese text, I suggest you stay away, because a good portion of the players are japanese and talk in kanji. If you like japanese, it just amplifies the experience getting to figure out what they are talking about.

Yeah FFXI is fun, get it.

FF XI rules, its alot of fun, can be hard at times but easy games suck anyway, I have it and love it, but yeah this is a FPS game fansite so don't expect much from the majority of people here
