I go to multiple sources for news, I just like CNN's offbeat section. Go there every couple days.

All a Rattler has to do is just scratch your skin with it's venom. Chances are the teeth just scratched his skin. Blood took over from there.

Rattlesnake venom affects your nervous system, paralyzes you, reaches your heart, then stops it. It's nasty stuff.

During Aircrew School down in Jacksonville, one of my classmates got bit by one. Screamed for a few seconds, and dropped down onto the ground. We alerted our CC, then tried our best to help him out. He survived, but had to be put back 2 weeks due to the injury.

Eh, head wounds are annoying, they bleed for the tiniest of scracthes and its all crazy with the circulation up there.
