Could be worse... He could be Michael Jackson :)
Could you imagine what would happen to him if he got put in the general population, expecially if he was convicted of being a child molestor... Jeeze, he wouldn't last 15 min.
But he won't... He will get put in a manson...

if he was he must've had a shitload of weed to get thrown in the slammer for a few days. I've been busted 6 or 7 times and nothings happened but a little trip to the station, and even that rarely happens. thank god they were all in different towns.

That is a class C sex-offender crime! It puts you on the sex offender list for five years I believe... I know someone that did that, and now every time they move they have to inform all of their neighbors that they are sex offenders or risk going to jail if the authorities check up on them.

Sex between two minors under the age of 18 is legal. If it wasn't, then alot of people having underage sex would be raping eachother and that's not the case.
Ait'al
2003-11-20, 11:40 PM
They have a second age line for people under 18 too in many states now. So you cant have sex with x person if you over x age and there under x age. like 14 or 16. There were to many cases with people finding there kids haveing sex at those ages and sueing hte other and then the girl being forced to say rape. they thought it would help.

I'm not sure what part people didn't understand when he said A) its none of your business, and B) let the thread die.
Now it's my understanding that people's personal business is their personal business. Are you all Squeeky's employer? No. Do you sign his paycheck? No. Are you responsible for hearing his confession and absolving him to save his mortal soul? No. Are you his parents (assuming he even resides with them)? No.
I think the appropriate thing to do is respect his desire for you all to STFU and let it die or even delete the thread, but since there are people here who seem to like bashing someone regardless of whether they got locked up or probably even if his parents died (Heaven forbid and that's an example- I dont wish them ill will), it seems this thread will probably grow to ten pages with people coming up with outrageously stupid speculations. Despite his having asked for both A and B.
But then again what do I know? I'm just a new guy around here so my two cents are probably worth less than two Russian Rubles.

Firefly, on the same note though you may or may not know that Squeeky shares far more about his personal life with the people on this board for some reason.
You can search through his history, but he shares aspects of his life that certainly should be kept private.
So it is no wonder that people here have a certain level of expectation that Squeeky is in some way "owes" a full disclosure of every aspect of his personal life.

I don't as a rule go back and dig through old posts or search for all-posts-by-user. I didn't know that, but it shouldn't matter regardless; the speculation (to me at least) was fine up until the point that Squeeky asked for it to stop. Period. For all we know or rather don't know, it may be a matter under investigation and Squeeky may want to pull the OJ defense: ie, 100% silence.
And Firefly, who cares if your new. I appreciate that post.
Thanks. I was beginning to wonder if new-arrivals and outsiders got a two-month mando ignore treatment... but only because I worked on this really neat story and posted it in the Fanfic area and no one bothered to comment on it.

I didn't know that either. I did notice that you two seem to have some sort of relationship, and that's probably one exception to the rule. As a significant other (or at least what I think may be), you are entitled to a certain level of information that we as non-sigothers do not need and should not desire.
