After examining the Screenis and all of the data for about an hour I have come to a few conclusions about the loadstar that I am 100% sure are correct. The only thing im not positive on is the amount of vehicals it can carry but its safe to assume its one big one or 2 or 3 small ones. Now we know where its going to be carried though.

Ok we cant see behind the loadstar so im assuming that its just a big open space between the sides of it that we can see (look in screenis u cant see anything there). Now the router must strafe into this opening. Im guessing that it can only carry one large vehical and maybe 2 or 3 smaller ones. Thats the only thing im not 100% on. The whole thing lands and the pilot deploys and it becomes a rearm/ repair site. I dont know if it has a floor or the vehicals just float there, I think a floor would look better. Tell me what u think.

Edit: Reminds me of the drop ships in Halo used by the Covenant, jsut no infantry slots.

I think this is an excellent analysis; it's well thought-out and well-planned.

I think the floor is the ground and the vehicles are clamped in place, and then a forcefield turns on when it's time to go. At least, that's what the write-up said, but it didn't go into too many details.

This was my main refrence pic. Look at it closely. It reminds me so much of a Tribes 2 Vehicle the Havok, just the cockpit is in another direction. (BTW Halo ripped the Covenant drop ship from the Havok) I just cant see anything in between those two stabalizer fins on the ass end of it. (think really really fat p38)

I'm thinking it has no floor. Says that it "grabs" your vehicle when you hit G, so I'm thinking it levitates you and then forcefields you. Gonna look kinda tacky with three yellow/green/red forcefields a la Corecombat, though. :/

that would make sense considering it comes off auxaris.

Wouldn't that be sweet if when you hit alt-g, the vehicle popped up through the top before dropping to earth?

But then you would have to make some sort of specail animations on the Galaxys, Reavers, and Skeeters for when bailing.

But I agree wit hthe diagram, exept for the repair/rearm things. I think they are on the side where everyone thought smaller vehicles enter.

I want to know if the jets rotate when gaining speed like the others do.....actually I want to know alot of shit, like a rear veiw.

It only holds 1 vehicle.

Yeah but with Air Cav and Air support certs (hopefully!!) gaining more popularity, there should be plenty of people to escort you.

Yup, thats what I thought.

I was expecting something streamlined. Not a flying toaster.
