No, I'm pointing out that a clearer way to say it is "known by the State of California to cause cancer." The way they have it, it almost sounds like the cancer is caused by the state of California :P

Yes, in fact I am. Microsoft fucking sucks, they wait for other people to perfect things then they steal their ideas and bundle them with windows.
I certainly dont want them in my living room.

If the State of California recognizes that chemical to cause cancer, and you get cancer in New York, does that mean you can go to California to get free medical coverage and help until you're better?

it means that the state of california has found out the microphone has a cancer inducing element, you can get cancer anywhere with it
It also means that California is a republic, and can secede from the states at any time it wishes. Thus, it is insurance for when the californian revolution comes.
Oh, and it WILL come.

I don't even own a TV, let alone an X-Box. I think Windows company is fucked, and should be destroyed. If I ever get a console, It'll be a PS2. But first I'd have to buy a Tv

The problem is Microsoft hasnt been the "worst" in like 10 years. AOL has been in terms of pure and spitful evil. And before that when microsoft was forming it was Motorola. Er the combo of AOL,(not that it need help) Motorola, and stuff like IBMs growing, or maybe now ex growing pettiness, and intel, and soon AMDs pure evil, all make Microsoft look like a wimp. 'Especially AOL we have to take them out to go at Microsoft on a lv ground. Hell if you get rid AOL you might have a chance, under hte right circumstance, that Microsoft could become what it appeared to be in its beggining. If you execute all its staff and ceos etc. :P~

Ideally, we'd have an open-source OS and completely standardized PC components. What he have, however, is reality, in which people like them want to make as much money as possible off of people like us. That's why you have to do it yourself or shell out to some rather unsavory characters.
The problem is, doing it yourself for an internet-ready console is a wee bit difficult.
Thus, the evil.

OMG...
Get a clue.
Anything that contains one of 500 differnet chemicals "known" to cause cancer "by the state of california" ust carry that label. Most companies just put the sticker on items being sold there. But some do go out nationwide. One GREAT example is fishing poles. There is a company that decided to save the headache and put the label on all its poles incase a batch ended up in cali by accident. Guess what? JUST BECAUSE IT HAS A SUBSTANCE THE NUTS IN CALI CLAIM CAUSES CANCER DOESN'T FREAKING MEAN IT CAUSES FREAKING CANCER!.

I'll keep this in mind next time I offered an Xbox Mixer as dinner at a friend's house.
