I actually liked FFIX a lot. It had more of a classic FF appeal then FFVIII did, although FFVIII was my favorite FF.

8 - Lame when I played it, good when I replayed it due to nostalgia.
9 - Still think this one sucks. You cant recreate the awesomeness of FF6 on a 3d world. Doesnt work.

Reason I hated FFX so much was that....Well, the story was about as complex as a professional wrestler's career logic.
