FPS Help

I have really low FPS playing at the moment, almost unplayable. I think it may be to do with the new patch. Can anyone help?

My Spec:

486/66SX
32MB RAM
512kb onboard video

He's on crack and/or trolling. You need Win98 or later to play PS, and Win95 is the newest version of Windows that runs on a 486. A 486, yeah you heard me. Remember grade school? Yeah a 486 kicked ass back then.
