NEW MYST GAME! JUST SAW THE COMERCIAL. Called URU Ages beyond MYST
http://uru.ubi.com/us/
I have and have read the novels does anyone remember URU being mentioned. I cant quite remember. Was it one of hte ones htey made to save the inhabitants of D`NI durring the cataclysm? Or one of the ones they fled too? The privately owned ones.

The remake of the original looked cool! They gave it the complete 360 degree environment(like the third game) and added a whole new world/book to it. 8)

I don't get it. If there is no action, then why would anyone want to play it?

Myst was boring. It's a game that has no purpose other than the sotry. You can't die, you can only take wrong turns. That's just not interesting IMO. You'll win no matter what, and you can spend forever doing whatever you want. I can do that now, it's called picking my noise while doing a crossword puzzle

Myst was not created for any of you people... The people that played Myst are people that did not play games. I know many middle aged wives that were horribly hooked on Myst.
Basically Myst is the polar opposite of current games.

God I hated Myst. The game made about as much sense as an acid trip in Disneyworld and seemed more like an excuse to put a puzzle game in a 3D environment than anything else
